Welcome to Jimo. By downloading, accessing, or using the Jimo mobile application (the “App”), you agree to both our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please stop using the App immediately.

Jimo may allow users to purchase or order physical goods through the App. All payments are processed securely through Stripe and UPI.

When making a purchase, you agree to comply with Stripe’s Terms of Service and consent to the processing of your payment details. Jimo does not store or have access to your full credit card or banking information.

4. Account Creation and Login Options

To access certain features, users may sign up or log in using:

  • Email and Password
  • Apple Login

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity that occurs under your account.

5. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion at any time through the in-app settings or by emailing getokapp@gmail.com.

When you delete your account:

  • Your personal data and user content will be permanently removed from our servers (except where legally required to retain data).
  • You will lose access to all associated features, purchases, and history.

6. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree not to:

  • Use Jimo for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
  • Interfere with App performance or other users
  • Misuse payment systems or violate third-party terms
  • Share offensive, threatening, or false information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

We may update our Terms & Privacy Policy occasionally. The latest version will always be available in the App or on our official website. By continuing to use Jimo after any changes, you agree to the revised policy.

13. Limitation of Liability

Jimo is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App, including service interruptions, data loss, or unauthorized access.
